& Stripes is a collaboration with Paulette Stewart of Plum Street Samplers (her “Stars” will be available in her booth at the show). See the picture below of how these look together. This chart includes the ampersand AND my Stripes chart. We each designed half of the ampersand.
- Stitch count: 65 by 103 and 110 by 110
- Fabric: 40 count Graham Cracker Linen or Light Mocha/Mushroom Newcastle
- Threads: Classic Colorworks Balsam Fir, Nature Trail
- Weeks Dye Works Amber, Blue Jeans, Cayenne, Charcoal, Cocoa, Driftwood, Fathom, Fawn, Grape Vine, Grits, Hazelnut, Onyx, Palomino, Pebble, Sanguine, Taupe. A full DMC conversion is provided.
- Trim: “Vintage” Chenille and Grubby Toast Viscose 9/16” ribbon by Lady Dot Creates
- Button: Small Black/White Quilted Star 4633.S by Just Another Button Company
- The only specialty stitching on these pieces is a little backstitching; both are suitable for Aida.
