February 2, 2024, Check-in 9:00 AM and the room is open until 11:00 PM
February 3, 2024, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
February 4, 2024, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Registration Cost: (LIMITED TO 80 STITCHERS)
$200.00
The registration cost includes:
Rental of space for 3 days
Sweet Creations Coffee (Afternoon Break) on Friday
South of the Boarder Taco Buffet Dinner on Saturday
Salty Dog Break with Pretzels (Afternoon Break) on Saturday
Payment:
Payment will need to be paid in full once the invoice has been sent. Please fill out the google form and an invoice will be sent to you via Square. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, then we will cancel the invoice and the next person in line will be accepted.
If not able to access the form, you can give us a call and we can add you to the list for invoicing
Hotel Rates:
We will have a block of rooms for the Hilton Garden Inn. We must have at least 10 rooms booked, which we do not anticipate an issue. This allows us to get the cheaper rate on the rooms and the event space. There will be a limited amount available, but the rates are below.
The room is subject to taxes and service charges. All the rooms will be blocked under Barefoot Needleart Beach Retreat or code BNA. A link will be provided to reserve the room, as well, or you can call 843-839-1200.
Refund Policy:Any request for a refund will be granted up to December 1, 2023, minus $25.00 that is non-refunable. Any cancellations after this date CANNOT be refunded, as the hotel requires payment 60 days in advance.
