Payment:
Deposit would need to be paid 14 days from invoice date.
The balance of $250.00 will need to be paid by 12/31/2025
Please fill out the google form and an invoice will be sent to you via Square. If the deposit invoice is not paid within 14 days, then we will cancel the invoice and the next person in line will be accepted.
If not able to access the form, you can give us a call and we can add you to the list for invoicing
Hotel Rates:
You will be ask by the hotel to put down a deposit (1 day room rate + tax)

Refund Policy:
Upon paying for this Retreat, we are not able to offer refunds unless WE are able to fill you seat with another Needleworker. This will be done through the Barefoot Needleart, and no outside transfers of seats can be made. We do this as we have immediately incur costs when preparing the event space.
In the event we are able to fill your spot, then you will be refunded minus the $75.00 non-refundable deposit.
There are absolutely no refunds 60 days prior to the event, as the venue will have to be paid in full by then.
We thank you for your understanding as we want to bring you the best retreat experience possible.
In addition, you are responsible for cancelling your accommodations and travel.

We often open opportunities for attendees to offer items but we would ask you contact us if you have a desire to bring items for sale. Anyone known to be selling items will not be allowed to register for future events. As event organizers, we reserve the right to refuse registration and/or attendance.
