Registration Cost:
$350.00* + 3.5% for Credit Card Fee, if paying by check or cash...this will be waived.
The registration cost includes:
Rental of space for 3 days
Snack Break on Saturday
Dinner on Saturday
*Registration Costs DOES NOT include Lodging or Travel
Payment:
We are asking for a $75.00 deposit to be made and then the balance will be invoiced
starting January 2027.
Hotel Rates:
Historic View - $159.00**
River View - $194.00**
Parking is $24.00 per day or $30.00 for valet
A hotel link will be sent out later, as it is too early to book rooms.
We will have a block of rooms for the Ballast Hotel. We must have at least 80 percent
rooms booked, which we do not anticipate an issue. This allows us to get the cheaper
rate on the rooms and the event space.
Refund Policy:
Upon registering for this Retreat, we cannot offer refunds unless we are able to fill your
seat with another Needleworker. This will be done through the event organizer, and no
outside transfers of seats can be made. We do this as we have immediately incurred
costs when preparing the event space.
In the event we can fill your spot, then you will be refunded minus a $75.00 admin fee.
There are absolutely no refunds 60 days prior to the event, or ticket transfers.
We thank you for your understanding as we want to bring you the best retreat
experience possible.
In addition, you are responsible for cancelling your accommodation and travelling.
Please note ... as many items given in the SWAG bag are exclusive, you must attend
the retreat to claim your items. SWAG bags will not be mailed or given to other
participants to deliver to you if you do not attend.
Disclaimer:
We ask that you respect our request not to bring items to sell. Anyone known to be
selling items will not be allowed to register for future events. As event organizers, we
reserve the right to refuse registration and/or attendance.
